The weekend always feels so different to the rest of the week, they feel so relaxed, happy and everything just seems easier to deal with. I love spending mine doing the things I love, which could be making things, learning a new craft, visiting interesting places or just chilling at home watching movies and doing puzzles. Whatever I’m doing I like to share it to help inspire you with ideas, that’s how the 52 Weekends series was born.

This week…52 Weekends No.38 – Hitching Lavender Fields. It’s currently the perfect time of year for picking your own lavender. For £5 you get a bag to collect your cuttings and the lone of scissors too… it’s a simple fun afternoon that I highly recommend! And think of all the crafty things you can do and make with all that dried lavender 😀
