Slowly fry chopped onions in a deep pan, add cooked cauliflower florets and peas the the pan with chopped garlic and ginger, fry for a few more minutes. Stir in a 1 portion pot of Pataks Korma paste until everything in coated and cook for a few more minutes. Add a can of coconut milk and bring to a boil. Add fresh spinach and simmer for 20 mins. Boom, best vegan Korma!
