Saturday I spent a wonderful day strolling around Camden with the lovely James…every time we go, we discover something new that we’ve not noticed before. And surprisingly I’ve never taken photos there before.
Fabulous reclamation yard in Flitwick… full of treasures
On our day off we visited the wonderful and nostalgic Museum of Childhood.
We had a Nerdy day and went to find the house (and shop) from the movie Shaun of the Dead 😀
This week I’m shooting meat… not so great for me being a vegetarian, but even so I have produce some really lovely work that I will be adding to my portfolio.
Tuesday night I was treated to dinner and a movie. We discovered that Pizza Express do the most yummy salads. I had Warm Vegetables with Goats Cheese and James had the Bosco… amazing.
We then went to watch Looper, good film, really different story of time travel, very harsh plot and a couple of disturbing scenes. But worth watching… glad we ate first!
We took a lovely Autumnal walk Saturday morning around Stockgrove Park, it was a lovely start to the weekend.
Last week I found out that I had made it through to the regional heats of a new TV show called Food Glorious Food. The show is searching for a new dish to be sold in M&S stores. The heat was held at Knebworth House on Saturday. I chose to make a faux chicken and mushroom pot pie and served it in a little dish which I customised with my own little doodle and message which is revealed after you finish eating the pie.
