Veggie Sausage Rolls

Check out these yummy vegetarian sausage rolls, made from Cauldron‘s Lincolnshire sausages. They taste amazing and team up perfectly with Compton McRaes Spiced Pear Chutney!

So easy to make, just blitz a pack of Cauldron sausages and 50ml water in a food processor. Spoon into long lengths of ready rolled puff pastry, roll up, chopped into bites size rolls, egg wash and sprinkle with onion seeds. Bake at 170C (fan) for 25 mins!

Boom… best ever veggie sausage rolls!
