Very excited to hear that the awesome new restaurant X-Upper will be opening later this month in Islington. It’s a restaurant that is all about the sausage. The team tasted 513 sausages in 14 European cities in their quest to find the best to serve at X-Upper. And I had the pleasure of shooting the winners for the menu… a really fun job and I can’t wait to see this place open it’s doors!
